Kairana

Samajwadi Party workers in Shamli have submitted a memorandum to the District Magistrate, alleging significant irregularities in the voter lists for the Kairana, Shamli, and Thana Bhawan assembly constituencies. The party claims that their internal verification revealed multiple discrepancies, including names appearing more than once and questionable entries.

The party has demanded an impartial investigation into the matter and action against the responsible election officials, including Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and supervisors. They have warned of a district-wide protest if effective action is not taken within seven working days.
