Shivpal Yadav Urges SP Workers to Prepare for 2027 UP Assembly Elections
Samajwadi Party general secretary Shivpal Yadav has told party workers to start preparing for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and aim for a big-margin win.
Speaking at the opening of Kisaan Bazaar in Nagra of Bari, under Etawah's Jaswant Nagar Assembly constituency, Yadav attacked the state government. He said the ruling party has looted the whole budget and has nothing worth remembering to show in 10 years.
He also talked about the SIR process. He said one month has been given to finish it. Workers should use this period well, he said, adding as many names as possible to the voter list and pushing for record turnout in favour of the party.
Shivpal called the governments of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav farmer-friendly. Farmers make up around 70% of voters yet still struggle with basic problems, he said. Water is not reaching canals. Electricity in villages is unreliable. Both issues keep creating a crisis for the farming community.
