Delhi SIR ASDD Voter List 2026 PDF - Download Deleted Electoral Roll

Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Delhi, along with the Election Commission of India (ECI), has published the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) ASDD Voter List 2026 PDF along with the draft electoral roll on August 31, 2026.

During the door-to-door verification drive conducted by Booth Level Officers (BLOs), thousands of voter records were flagged or categorized under the ASDD list across all 70 Delhi Assembly Constituencies. If your name is marked on this list by mistake, you risk losing your right to vote. But don't worry- the Election Commission has provided an active 31-day window (August 31 to September 30, 2026) to verify your status, submit corrections, and ensure your name stays active on the final roll.

What is the Delhi SIR ASDD Voter List? (Simple Meaning)

When the Election Commission carries out a Special Intensive Revision (SIR), field officers (BLOs) visit every household to confirm whether registered voters actually live there. If they cannot verify a person, they categorize that entry into the ASDD list.

ASDD stands for:

  • A – Absent: The voter was not found at the registered residential address during repeated visits by the BLO.
  • S – Shifted: The voter has permanently moved or migrated to another locality, state, or city.
  • D – Dead (Deceased): The elector has passed away, and their name is earmarked for removal so nobody can misuse it.
  • D – Duplicate / Disqualified: The voter's name appears more than once in the electoral roll (either within the same booth or in another constituency), or the entry contains conflicting records.

In simple words, the ASDD list acts as a temporary verification list. It helps election officials prevent bogus voting and clean up the electoral roll before the final voting day.
